Terms & Conditions

The materials available for download are the property rights of SEIKO Watch Corporation. The materials are provided on a restricted basis by SEIKO Australia Pty Ltd and the following terms & conditions apply to the use of the materials -

• The materials are not transferable to other organisations, companies or persons.
• The restricted access pass code is not to be supplied to other persons.
• The materials are only to be used by the person registered.
• The file materials are not to be manipulated or altered - resizing allowed.
• The watch images used are to be life-sized or larger.
• The materials are to be used to assist in the development of producing advertising, advertorial and editorial that will enhance the status and reputation of the SEIKO brand.
• SEIKO Australia Pty Ltd will periodically monitor the use of the materials by files downloaded and may directly contact the person registered.
• SEIKO Australia Pty Ltd will immediately deny access of the materials if there is any breach to the terms and conditions.
